-Why is the received item a slightly different color than on the website or social media?

This can be due to differences in screen (color), filters or image quality. Unfortunately, these slight color nuances cannot be avoided. See also our terms and conditions

 

-Which countries do you ship to?
We ship within the EU and the list of countries can be found on this page.

 

-Can I only choose aluminum dibond as a material?
Yes, we have made a very conscious choice for this material.
It is lightweight, sturdy, scratch-resistant, moisture-resistant and has a luxurious appearance.
It also does not require a frame and with the included hanging system the customer can hang it directly without having to incur extra costs.

 

-If I want to return my order, do I get my money back?
Yes, please check the conditions on our return policy

 

-Is returning free?
 No, the return costs + any customs duties and/or import taxes are for the customer.

 

-Help, I made a mistake in the address provided, what now?
In the checkout there is an extra check that indicates whether the address provided is correct, this is the time to check this carefully!
This is the customer's own responsibility, so pay close attention!
If it still happens, report it immediately by sending us an email.

If the package is delivered to the wrong address or returned as a result; it is of course possible to reorder.
But note: the costs of the new order will be entirely at the expense of the customer.

 

-Help, I haven't received my package, what now?
That is of course very annoying, but don't panic yet.
It can happen that the delivery person/courier was too busy that day and that it will be delivered another day. You usually get a message about that.
A package may also have been delayed. We advise you to wait ±14 days. Usually the package will still be delivered within that time.

If you have not received anything after 30 days, please contact us at info@artstudiomoddy.shop
Art Studio Moddy will then send you a new replacement free of charge, unless the address provided was incorrect.

 

-I received my package damaged, what now?
Despite the fact that the items are packaged as well as possible, something can still go wrong during delivery.
 
What you should do: email us, within 14 days, with clear photos of the (outer) packaging and of the item where the damage is clearly visible + the order number or invoice number + a short description.
We will decide in consultation what action to take (new item, discount or refund).
In most cases, the damaged item does not need to be returned.

Please note your own dog or cat! We cannot prevent scratch or bite/chew damage to the package and this is unfortunately at your own expense.

 

-I receive the newsletter in English, while I am on the website in another language, is this correct?
Yes, our shop can indeed be viewed in various languages, however certain e-mail messages or notifications such as the newsletter are not included in this.
We have decided to place these in English by default.
You can search for the translation function in your email app/program.
