Made a mistake in the address provided?

During checkout, there is an additional check that indicates whether the provided address is actually correct; this is the moment to check this carefully!
This is the customer's own responsibility, so please pay close attention!
If it still happens, report it immediately by sending us an email.

If the package is delivered to a wrong address or returned as a result; it is of course possible to re-order.
But please note: the costs of the new order will be entirely at the customer's expense.

 

Package not received?
That is, of course, very unfortunate, but no need to panic yet.
It can happen that the delivery person/courier was too busy that day and that it will be delivered on another day. You usually receive a message about this.
A package may also have been delayed. We advise you to be patient for ±14 days. Usually, the package will still be delivered within that time.

If you have not received anything after 30 days, please contact us at info@artstudiomoddy.shop
Art Studio Moddy will then send you a new replacement copy free of charge, unless the address provided was incorrect.
