With the exception of Croatia, Malta and Slovakia, shipping canvas prints to these countries is currently not possible.

The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days (depending on the location and how busy the print shop and/or courier service is.) The delivery time consists of production 1-2 business days AND shipping 2-7 business days


Made a mistake in the address provided?

During checkout, there is an extra check that indicates whether the address provided is correct, so this is the time to check it carefully!
This is the customer's own responsibility, so please pay close attention to this!
If it still happens, report it immediately by sending us an email.

If the package is delivered to the wrong address because of this or is returned; then you can, of course, place the order again.
But please note: the costs of the new order will be entirely borne by the customer.

 

Package not received?
That is, of course, very annoying, but don't panic yet.
It can happen that the delivery person/courier was too busy that day and that it will be delivered another day. You will usually receive a message about this.
A package may also have been delayed. We advise you to be patient for ±14 days. Usually, the package will still be delivered within that time.

If you still haven't received anything after 30 days, please contact us at info@artstudiomoddy.shop
Art Studio Moddy will then send you a new replacement free of charge, unless the address provided was incorrect.
