Returns

You can return the items you ordered.

Here you will find our return policy:

-You have 14 days to inspect the item, this period starts after receipt of your package.
Then you have another 14 days to return the package.
After these 28 days, the purchase is definitively concluded.

-A return must be registered with us in advance via email at info@artstudiomoddy.shop, please state what will be returned.

-The return costs incurred are for the customer. This also applies to any customs duties and import duties.

-When returning, it is important to have a shipping receipt such as a Track and Trace code, as proof for the customer that they have actually made the return.

-If we have received your return in good condition, you will receive the paid amount back.
Refunds will take place within 14 days after we have received the item back in good condition.

-Please return the item in the original packaging/box, or in comparable sturdy packaging.

-Discounted items cannot be returned.

You can now easily cancel the agreement via the link to the cancellation of the purchase agreement.
You can use this form up to 14 days after the date of purchase.

Please note:
* After sending this form, you still need to perform a confirmation action by replying to our "confirmation email" with a definitive confirmation of cancellation.

* After purchase, your request for your printwork goes directly to the printer via an automatic connection.
If we can no longer cancel this request or if the printwork has already been made, you will still receive your order!

You can of course return it, but these return costs are for the customer.

-I received my package damaged, what now?
Despite the items being packed as well as possible, something can go wrong during delivery.
 
What to do: email us, within 14 days, with clear photos of the (outer) packaging and of the item where the damage is clearly visible + the order number or invoice number + a short description.
We will decide in consultation what action to take (new item, discount or amount back).
In most cases, the damaged item does not need to be returned.

Be careful with your own dog or cat! We cannot prevent scratch or bite/chew damage to the package and this is unfortunately at your own expense.
