You can return the items you ordered.

Here is our return policy:

-You have 14 days to inspect the item, starting from the day you receive your package.
You then have another 14 days to return the package.
After these 28 days, the purchase is final.

-Returns must be reported to us in advance by email info@artstudiomoddy.shop and you must state what is being returned.

-The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. This also applies to any customs duties and import costs.

-When returning an item, it is important to have a proof of postage, such as a Track and Trace code, as proof that you have actually returned the item.

-If we receive your return in good condition , you will receive a refund.
The refund will be issued within 14 days after we have received the item in good condition. 

-Please return the item in its original packaging/box, or in similar sturdy packaging.

-Sale items cannot be returned.

You can now easily cancel the agreement via the link to cancel the purchase agreement.
You can use this form for up to 14 days after the date of purchase.

Please note:
* After submitting this form, you must also complete a confirmation step by replying to our "confirmation email" with a final confirmation of cancellation.

* After purchase, your request for printed material is sent directly to the printer via an automatic connection, with a delay of 30 minutes.
If this request can no longer be canceled by us or if the printed material has already been produced, you will still receive your order!

You can, of course, return it, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

-I received my package damaged, what now?
Although the items are packaged as carefully as possible, something can still go wrong during delivery.
 
What you need to do: email us within 14 days with clear photos of the outer and inner packaging and of the item clearly showing the damage + the order number or invoice number + a photo of the barcode on the packaging (T&T code) + a short description.
We will decide together what action to take (new item, discount, or refund).
In most cases, the damaged item does not need to be returned.

Please keep your own dog or cat away from it! We cannot prevent damage to the package caused by scratching, biting, or chewing, and this will unfortunately be at your own expense.
